Soda is liquid crack and sugar is a worst drug of all.

Sugar is necessary for glycosis! Your body needs it! Everything in moderation.

I'm a massive soda nerd, I have a collection of cans and bottles from sodas I've tried. I've documented my thoughts on over 300 sodas from across more than a dozen countries. Picking a single favorite would be hard, but I think I have to go with Thums Up. It's an Indian cola mixed with spices like cardamom and nutmeg. Perfectly bittersweet.

What the heck did you just say about me, you little soda? I'll have you know I graduated top of my class in the FDA, and I've been involved in numerous secret raids on The Coca-Cola Company, and I have over 300 confirmed sips. I am trained in chugging and I'm the top burper in the entire US Department of Health and Human Services. You are nothing to me but just another soda. I will drink you up with precision the likes of which has never been seen before on this Earth, mark my words. You think you can get away with saying that stuff to me over the Internet? Think again, carbonated beverage. As we speak I am contacting my secret network of spies across the USA and your IP is being traced right now so you better prepare for the slurp. The slurp that sucks up the cute little thing you call your servings per container. You're totally consumed, soda. I can be anywhere, anytime, and I can drink you in over seven hundred ways, and that's just with my bare hands. Not only am I extensively trained in unarmed chugging, but I have access to the entire arsenal of the United States Food and Drug Administration and I will use it to its full extent to drink your bubbly innards off the face of the continent, you little soda. If only you could have known what diabetic retribution your little "clever" comment was about to bring down upon you, maybe you would have held your tongue. But you couldn't, you didn't, and now you're paying the price, you effervescent beverage. I will drink you so fast I nearly drown in it. You're guzzled, soda.

What about nuclear waste radiation? I know if I start drinky the sody pop I will gradually become and addict and die of liver failure or commit crimes to fund my sody pop habit and end up on death row. Its better to never drink that stuff and get sugars from fruit juice or something.

Sparkling water. People like to say it tastes like battery acid but I disagree. It tastes nice, and it's healthy too because it usually has added minerals.

I used to like this "isotonic" sports drink with grapefruit flavor and added magnesium, but they changed the formula or factory and now it's shit.

Other than that beer would be my drink of choice, but that hardly counts as a soft drink. There is however beer with honey or caramel, both sweet and carbonated.

 No.1226

Used to drink Coca Cola but I've stopped altogether. Now I mainly drink Fuze Tea (the passionfruit one is great) and sometimes Aquarius or Arizona Iced tea. I really like cream soda but it's super rare and expensive here in Europe.

 No.1227

I had a favorite, but these days i rather treat myself to something new every time, if assortment allows.

 No.1228

I usually drink lemon-lime soda, but I've been getting into Dr. Pepper ever since I moved to Texas.

Gatorade, lemonade, or just water.

 No.1231

I don't have soft drink accessible often so I typically drink milk or water. Sometimes I will walk to a nearby store to buy a bottled iced coffee.

As for actual soft drinks, I tend to go for a variety and won't have the same thing every time.

We don't need the Aussie Lemonade flavour because we have Aussie Lemonade. My memory might be failing me but I'm pretty sure it just tastes the same as Kirks Lemonade.

>>1213
I can't stand sparkling water. One time I was playing DDR and got so out of breath I was feeling actual pain. I went to the closest store and bought sparkling water by mistake, only realized once I was actually drinking it. Being so in pain already and needing to drink something as fast as possible is the only situation in which I have ever finished a sparkling water.

 No.1232

Hmm, I'm curious about this! Is it a juniper cola?

 No.1234

>>1233
More like julmust than cola (have a hard time finding the words to describe the difference, best I can do is julmust is more rich and not really fruity), and the juniper was really subtle and elegant. Just enough to make it a bit foresty.
If you can ever get a chance to get some Zeunerts julmust/påskmust (same thing just made for different holidays) I can really recommend it as well, very deep and rich.

 No.1235

I've never been much of a cola fan, but I've been getting into Dr. Pepper.

 No.1236

My cousin always has a lot of constantly changing vaguely tropical offbrand stuff. Whatever those are I guess?

I got to try a pear cardamom artisan soda from France recently, I liked it quite a bit. A mild and complex taste, great for sipping on its own, with no need to mix it. It came in a 1l bottle with a rubber stopper, something I wish all artisan sodas would do.
